The painter's work is often based on reality and experience which likewise shows internal perception or momentary sensation in lyrical form, gradually transformed into a mysterious landscape. The works embrace figural compositions, architecture and landscapes, sometimes political issues as well. Lately, the starting point for the paintings has come from computer-modified photography. With glaze and thin oil layers the artist turns to deeper, more serious content planes. Painting and an enduring fascination with the color composition of an image area obviously determine the fruitful creative path of the artist.
